Our 85% Signature is unapologetically deep. Made from cacao grown in Davao and Camiguin, it opens with soft florals before moving into ripe banana and a subtle wine-like aftertaste. The higher cacao percentage gives it structure: less sweetness, more presence.
Warm, it feels velvety and contemplative. Chilled, it becomes bold and almost truffle-like. This is chocolate that confidently lingers. Filipino at its core, but composed with a global palate in mind.
